Golden Links network allows to mobilize researchers, entrepreneurs or designers to imagine and formalize more quickly concepts of new products or new services. External creative partners collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to increase creativity and to bring new knowledge to the company. Golden Links approach includes four stages which can be separately realized:
- Trends analysis and selection of innovation levers
- Selection of external creative partners
- Ideas generation in creativity sessions
- Formalization and selection of concepts
Development partnership
It is about a mid or long term collaboration between a company and a laboratory, a university or a start-up for the creation of prototypes. The creation of a partnership of development allows to overcome technical hurdles and to increase creativity when concept has to becomes a prototype. It includes three stages :
- "Screening" of potential partners
- Final selection of potential partners thanks to organization of a competition
- Proposition of prototypes by partners
